AAC considers initial and ongoing training essential to the growth and development of our entire staff. All Representatives, regardless of experience level at time of hiring, participate in an intensive education program consisting of general industry knowledge, client processes and procedures, general and specific client expectations, professional communications, compliance and AAC internal operations and procedures. After the initial intensive training there is continual training which can be divided into three basic categories:
- Individual coaching based on QA and supervisor monitoring
- Initial and training based on industry changes (new state & federal legislation, legal precedence and client’s changing needs)
- Monthly training meetings
